Shipping Policy 


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • Local (Canadian) orders are shipped via Poste Canada and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll receive a notification of the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Canadian public holidays.


Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada and to the United States of America, to the United Kingdom, to France, to Australia and to New Zealand.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Only Canadian orders up to $100 are eligible for Free shipping.

 

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada: 3–10 business days

    • U.S.: 5–15 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.


Shipping Carrier Responsibility

 Once your order is in transit, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

 If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly:

 Poste Canada (Local Orders): Handle all tracking and delivery inquiries.

 USPS (International Orders): Responsible for claims, tracking, and reimbursements.

 

Returned Packages

 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer is responsible for paying reshipping fees.

 

International Orders

 International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery.
